Crashes and Non-Existent Support

This app crashes and disappears from my screen at least twice a day. I contacted support a week ago for advice—there has been literally zero response.

I really like the idea of this app. I even paid for the pro version. But if I have to restart it all the time, I might as well be checking a website.
