Forecast stopped working

Good app - when it works. I paid the $1.99 to get the upgraded version, and now, whenever I click on the temperature to view the rest of the week, nothing happens. I restart the app, it works for a few hours, and once again stops responding. Clicking “support” just takes you back to the App Store website, so I don’t even see a way to contact the developer.
